This is one of our favorite interviews from the summer of 2020, as the thought leader we interview is Cynthia Thurlow, who is not only one of the world’s leading experts on intermittent fasting, but also a Restorative Wellness alumni. Cynthia is a nurse practitioner and internationally known women’s health expert. We had a wonderful in-depth conversation about the ins and outs of intermittent fasting and how to support clients with this powerful tool. I had been using this tool myself and with clients for years when I interviewed Cynthia and I still learned a ton!)
